Affirmation Stickies

Take a pad of sticky notes, and a pen. Maybe some colored pens.

One per sticky, write affirmations on the sticky notes. Here are some examples you might use:

  • You are capable of achieving your goals.
  • You are worthy of love and respect.
  • You trust yourself to make good decisions.
  • You are grateful for all the good things in your life.
  • You are strong and resilient.
  • You are worthy of success and happiness.
  • You choose to let go of negative thoughts and emotions.
  • You are confident in your abilities.
  • You are deserving of good health and vitality.
  • You are constantly growing and learning.

Carry them with you, and leave one at places where someone might see it and get some encouragement.
