Take a pad of sticky notes, and a pen. Maybe some colored pens.
One per sticky, write affirmations on the sticky notes. Here are some examples you might use:
- You are capable of achieving your goals.
- You are worthy of love and respect.
- You trust yourself to make good decisions.
- You are grateful for all the good things in your life.
- You are strong and resilient.
- You are worthy of success and happiness.
- You choose to let go of negative thoughts and emotions.
- You are confident in your abilities.
- You are deserving of good health and vitality.
- You are constantly growing and learning.
Carry them with you, and leave one at places where someone might see it and get some encouragement.
